I have wanted to have this man on the podcast for months, because if you have not heard of him yet, it is officially your first day on the internet. Tristan Schaub has been stirring things up in the chiropractic profession for a long time, and lately he has been doing it through a company called Chiropractic Results, the platform I have been using in my own practice for about six months now. I wanted him to walk through what it actually does, and more than that, I wanted to hear the heart behind why he got so invested in the Blair world in the first place.
From Water Coolers to AI
Tristan has a front row seat to how patients find providers, because twenty years ago he co-founded one of the very first companies helping practices collect what we now know as Google reviews. He watched the whole system evolve. Before 2008, people found their chiropractor the old fashioned way, by asking around, what he calls the water cooler conversation. From 2008 to 2015 it shifted to Google reviews. From 2015 to 2025 it moved into Facebook community groups, especially among moms trading recommendations.
Now we are in a new era, and it is happening fast. AI search engines are becoming the new water cooler, and they are pulling from real outcome data to decide who they recommend. That is the whole premise behind Chiropractic Results. Tristan calls it the Yelp of results, a platform built specifically for providers who create real, non-mundane change in people's lives.
Think of it like this. A good stylist earns repeat clients because the haircut actually looks good, not because they posted about it online. Chiropractic Results is trying to make sure that when someone asks an AI system to find the best chiropractor, the answer is based on truth, actual documented outcomes, not just who has the most followers.
Why Results-Based Beats Evidence-Based
One thing Tristan said really stuck with me. He is not a fan of the term evidence-based chiropractic. He prefers results-based, because that is what the public actually cares about. People do not want to read a research abstract, they want to know if the care worked.
The platform now includes nearly 2,000 clinics and over 23,000 recorded patient outcomes, with a 71 percent positive sentiment rating, higher than third party platforms like Yelp or HealthGrades. But the part that matters most to me is where that data comes from. It comes straight from our SOAP notes, our actual documented outcomes. You cannot make it up. That is what I love about it. It is not spin. It is truth being fed to the machine.
The Blair Difference, By the Numbers
Here is something that came up that I think is worth sitting with. Tristan mentioned that most patients on the platform generate somewhere between three and five recorded outcomes, but for Blair patients specifically, he often sees eight to ten outcomes tied to a single person. That is not a coincidence. It reflects something true about our technique, that healing is rarely just one thing. It is layered, and so much of the value happens in what Tristan calls the non adjustment visit, the part of care that is harder to explain but just as essential.
He put it simply. Blair doctors are often the last hope of the last hopers, the people who have already tried three other chiropractors, seen a neurosurgeon, and been told there is nothing more anyone can do. And then something shifts. That is the story the data is starting to tell, loudly and specifically.
A Mission Bigger Than the Platform
What struck me most in this conversation was not the technology, it was Tristan's why. He talked about wanting to turn everyday clinical results into published research that anyone can access, not gated behind a paywall. And he talked about wanting Blair doctors specifically to be paid what the work is actually worth, to stop undervaluing care that changes lives.
That lit me up, because I have spent years believing the same thing. My own success has never been about being a flashy entrepreneur. It has been about applying good science consistently and refusing to shrink. I want every Blair doctor to reach a place where their own success funds someone else's beginning.
If you are a Blair doctor and you are not yet on Chiropractic Results, Tristan's advice was simple. Do not try to track him down personally. Go to ChiropracticResults.com, claim your profile, and start there.
We will be spending more time with Tristan and the whole Chiropractic Results community at the upcoming Blair Conference in Indianapolis, and I cannot wait for more of you to meet him in person.
