Your initial visit includes a thorough consultation with our dedicated staff, comprehensive examination, precision 3D imaging (if medically necessary).

- 90 minute appointment

- Comprehensive neurological and orthopedic examination
- Precision 3D upper cervical imaging (if needed)
- Insurance: Insurance plans may cover the initial visit, subject to your copay, coinsurance, or deductible.
*If transferring from another Blair chiropractor, initial visit is $185. Additional imaging may increase cost. Additional visits are $85.

Follow-up visits are shorter than your initial appointment (typically 15-30 minutes) and focus on re-evaluating your alignment, monitoring your progress, and adjusting your neck only when needed.

Insurance: Most insurance plans cover follow-up visits, subject to your plan's visit limits and cost-sharing requirements. Patients who choose not to use insurance will receive a discount of $10 on follow-up visits.

Filing Claims
We submit all claims and documentation directly to your auto insurance carrier.
Coordination with Attorneys
If you're working with a personal injury attorney, we'll coordinate billing and documentation with their office.
Lien Arrangements
In cases where settlement is pending, we can arrange treatment on a lien basis (payment deferred until your case settles). There is a small co-pay for this arrangement.
No Upfront Costs
In many auto accident cases that have MedPay you won't pay out-of-pocket for covered services.

More complex or chronic conditions may require more frequent visits initially, while simpler cases may stabilize more quickly.

If you have insurance, your out-of-pocket costs depend on your specific plan's coverage, deductible, copay, coinsurance, and visit limits.
Frequency of Care
During your initial care phase, you may visit 2-3 times per week. As you stabilize, visit frequency decreases to weekly, bi-weekly, then maintenance care.
Additional Therapies
If your care plan includes massage therapy, PEMF, Erchonia Laser Therapy, or hyperbaric oxygen therapy these will add to your total cost.

Payment Options
Multiple ways to pay for your care
We do our best to make your care straightforward and stress-free. We're happy to bill out-of-network insurance on your behalf, and we are in-network with Medicare PPO plans. We proudly serve as a community clinic for VA patients through referral as well. We also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement upon request.
For those without insurance, we offer flexible financing through CareCredit, pre-pay discounts when purchasing a block of visits upfront, and accept all of the payment methods below.

CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that lets you pay for out-of-pocket health expenses over time with flexible monthly payment plans. There's no interest if paid in full within the promotional period, and you can apply online in minutes with no impact to your credit score for pre-qualification.
