Sheri was raised in Arcadia, California. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development from the University of La Verne and spent the first part of her life educating small children and working with teachers.
For most of her life, she suffered from migraines, vertigo, extreme neck and low back pain. In 2001, she was introduced to the world of chiropractic. It was then that she decided to go back to school and begin the second half of her life as a Massage Therapist. In 2003, she graduated from Bryman College with 720 hours in Massage Therapy. She practices many modalities, but her heart is in therapeutic massage. Her massage philosophy is “work the connectors of the muscles and the belly will release.”
In December of 2015, she received a Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Adjustment. “WOW!!! What a difference!” Her massage technique was made for this specific kind of chiropractic care. She is proud to say that her head is on straight and she has not taken any pain medications in 4 years. Blair chiropractic has forever changed her life. For fun, Sheri enjoys tending to her plants, working in the yard, sitting in the sun, and spending time with family, friends, and her many animals.
Barbara has been serving people through massage therapy for more than 28 years. She has personally benefited from the effects of massage therapy and she wants to give back because it helped her so much in her own life.
She especially enjoys practicing lymph massage and craniosacral therapy. She has worked with a variety of specialists over the years and has come to Well Connected Chiropractic excited to share her skills while integrating them with the Blair Chiropractic Technique. She loves continuing education and is always studying to improve her skills to provide excellent service.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, as well as many outdoor activities and photography.
Nick has his Massage Therapist Certification through the CAMTC. He is also a Reflexology Practitioner, and a Reiki Master Teacher.
He studied bodywork at the California Academy for the Healing Arts in Costa Mesa, CA and has been practicing his work ever since. He has also studied Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and teaches Reiki.
A natural intuitive, Nick uses his inner guidance to pinpoint the root of the issue in both his energy work and massage treatments. He is passionate about creating profound and lasting change for his clients, helping them to thrive physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Working at Well Connected Chiropractic, he notices a huge difference in the state of health and well being of the patients, finding that the upper cervical adjustments done by Dr. Hoefer and the craniosacral and structural work he practices compliment each other well.
When not helping patients, you can find Nick playing music, making art, or enjoying time with his wife Jenna, baby Dylan, and pup Olive.
