Sheri was raised in Arcadia, California. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development from the University of La Verne and spent the first part of her life educating small children and working with teachers.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For most of her life, she suffered from migraines, vertigo, extreme neck and low back pain. In 2001, she was introduced to the world of chiropractic. It was then that she decided to go back to school and begin the second half of her life as a Massage Therapist. In 2003, she graduated from Bryman College with 720 hours in Massage Therapy. She practices many modalities, but her heart is in therapeutic massage. Her massage philosophy is “work the connectors of the muscles and the belly will release.”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In December of 2015, she received a Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Adjustment. “WOW!!! What a difference!” Her massage technique was made for this specific kind of chiropractic care. She is proud to say that her head is on straight and she has not taken any pain medications in 4 years. Blair chiropractic has forever changed her life. For fun, Sheri enjoys tending to her plants, working in the yard, sitting in the sun, and spending time with family, friends, and her many animals.
